CMS — Service Deep Dive

Content that ships itself.

Headless CMS architecture built around your content team's actual workflow. Structured, multilingual-ready, version-controlled. Your editors publish without filing a ticket. Your developers ship without breaking content.

Chapter 01 · The Problem

Your marketing team has good ideas and a queue of unshipped pages.

The same story plays out in every growing business: marketing wants to publish faster, dev is buried in product work, and every new landing page becomes a ticket, a meeting, a sprint, a compromise. The team that should be moving fastest is the one waiting the longest.

Old-school WordPress made publishing easy but made everything else hard — security, performance, structured content, multilingual, integrations.

Modern CMS platforms went the other way: powerful, structured, headless — but suddenly your marketing team needs a developer to ship a banner update.

Neither extreme works. The right answer is somewhere in the middle, custom-fit to how your team operates.

i.

Marketing is bottlenecked by engineering

Every landing page is a ticket. Every copy change waits for a deploy. Campaigns ship late or not at all.

ii.

Content is duplicated everywhere

Hero copy lives in three places. Product descriptions in four. Updating anything means hunting and praying.

iii.

Multilingual is an afterthought

You added Bahasa as a quick fix. Now translations are half-done, out of sync, and nobody owns them.

Chapter 02 · The Solution

Headless CMS that lets your editors ship. And your devs sleep.

We architect headless CMS setups (Sanity, Strapi, Payload, or custom) tuned to your team's split. Editors get visual, structured editing — they see what they're shipping. Developers get clean APIs, version control, and a content model that doesn't break on edge cases.

Multilingual is built in from day one. Performance is engineered, not hoped for. And the whole thing scales from one page to a thousand without changing architecture.

Structured content modeling

Reusable blocks, typed fields, validated input. Your content survives redesigns. Editors can't accidentally break the site.

Multilingual from day one

English, Bahasa, Chinese, whatever your market needs. Sibling pages, fallback logic, locale-aware URLs.

Preview & version control

Editors see exactly what they're publishing. Roll back any change. Schedule releases. No more 'oh no, the homepage'.

Built for performance

Static generation, edge delivery, image optimization. Sub-second load times. SEO that ranks because the site is fast.

Chapter 03 · How it works

From draft to live page in minutes — not sprints.

The CMS we build sits on a modern Jamstack architecture: headless backend, static-first frontend, edge delivery. Content updates are live in seconds. Engineering doesn't get pulled in for every change — and when they do change something structural, content keeps working.

Chapter 05 · Common Questions

The stuff you'd ask on the call.

Which CMS do you build on?

Sanity for most engagements (best editor experience, great structured content). Payload if you want to self-host everything. Strapi if you want open-source flexibility. We pick based on your team and ops needs.

Will my marketing team be able to use it without us?

Yes. We design the content model around how your team thinks about content, then train them in a single 90-minute session. Most editors are independent within a week.

What about SEO?

Built in by default. Structured data, sitemap generation, meta tag management, redirect handling, canonical URLs, multilingual hreflang. The CMS makes the right SEO choices automatically.

Can it handle e-commerce?

Yes. We integrate with Shopify, Stripe, or custom commerce backends. The CMS handles content, the commerce engine handles transactions. Clean separation, no tangled monolith.

What happens to our existing content?

We migrate it. Whether you're coming from WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or Notion, we script the migration so nothing gets lost and URLs stay intact.

How much does it cost?

CMS builds typically range RM 30k–RM 100k depending on content model complexity, design build-out, and migration scope. Discovery + scoping happens first.
